Model United Nations

On March 28th, 2026, I attended the LAB School Model UN conference where I was part of a Crisis Committee. In it, we discussed the death of Alexander the Great and how his kingdoms should be split up after the recent passing. I represented Laomedon of Mytilene and I received the “Best Collaborator” award.

Beacon MUN

On April 26th, 2025, I attended my first ever Model UN conference at Clinton High School. There, I received the award of “Outstanding Delegate” representing Indonesia in DISEC (Disarmament and International Security Committee). That day, our discussion was centered around the use of Artificial Intelligence in the military.

Beacon MUN is my school’s annual Model United Nations conference. For two years I have participated in it. Last year, I was co-chair for DISEC and this year I was head chair for the Crisis Committee. My school’s MUN conference is one of my favorite times of the year. It’s an opportunity to connect with kids from all over New York and have fun while learning about international policies.

As a senior, I have been appointed Head of Current Events and Activities for Model UN club at my school.

In January of 2026, my Model UN club went to the 52nd iteration of Yale Model United Nations. I was one of two delegates from our school to win an award. At the end of the three day long event, I received the “Best Delegate” award representing North Korea. I was a part of the UNEP committee (United Nations Environmental Programme) where we discussed solutions to mitigate water and air pollution in our respective countries.

Sisters4Water

Sisters4Water is a 100% nonforprofit my older sister, Ella, and I founded together. We hand weave potholders with loops that are made out of 100% cotton from Harrisville Designs in New Hampshire. We partner with H2O For Life to find projects targeting water and resource scarcity all around the world. Over the years, we have raised over $18,000 through bake sales and online fundraising.
